I am a yoga, dance, and meditation instructor, personal trainer, environmental educator, and freelance writer on health, fitness, spirituality and the environment. I offer classes, private sessions, and workshops integrating mind, body, and spirit for all ages and experience levels. I am also a trained facilitator of rituals and special events to commemorate occasions and life circumstances such as major transitions.

Teaching Philosophy

The body holds an innate wisdom, but our culturally conditioned thoughts and habits often block us from accessing it. When we learn to trust and connect with the wisdom of the body we move toward balance and freedom. This is the main emphasis of my work.

I encourage each student to honor the present moment, to accept limitations even as they work to transcend them, and to keep moving towards the fullest expression of their own potential.
